Apprenticeships

We are proud that 83% of our apprentices go on to work in the creative sector – the majority still working with the companies that first hired them.

Creative Works strongly supports BCE Apprenticeship programme.

Big Creative Education (BCE) has been providing talented and hardworking apprentices to over 200 exciting music and media companies across London since 2010 including ITN News, Vice Media, MTV, Barcroft Media, PPL, Believe Digital, Festival Republic and Universal Music.

Creative Works offers a free desk for tenants taking on an apprentice. Give us a call or drop us a line to check details.

How the funding works

Employers not subject to the levy (with PAYE bills under £3m) are
entitled to 90% of their apprenticeship training costs by the government.

The employer contribution will be set up as a monthly direct debit across 15 months. If you take on an apprentice aged 16-18 the government pays 100%.
