We will chat about impostor syndrome, perfectionism, how to have a powerful presence and self-leadership (and what does that really mean?)
We will chat with 4 amazing and inspiring professionals and awarded speakers:
Helen Snape – Helen is a Transformational Coach who helps ‘good girls’ reclaim their power, voice and lead their life by building boundaries, confidence and effective communication skills. Helen has been coaching for over 10 years, has a degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick and is qualified in mindfulness and coaching with trauma. An award-winning speaker, Helen has been interviewed on BBC Radio, many podcasts and been featured in Happiful magazine.
Leila Singh FCCA – Leila is a Personal Brand Consultant, an Accredited Master Coach & Corporate Trainer, Certified NLP Master Practitioner, TEDx Speaker, Award-Winning Author, Founder of mi-brand and Podcast Host of mi-brand HQ. Leila draws on her wealth and breadth of skills, knowledge and experience in the areas of sales, finance and professional growth, to enable ambitious career professionals including Non-Executive Directors, to earn more, get promoted, establish their competitive advantage and accelerate their career, by creating a powerful personal brand. As a TEDx Speaker, Leila delivers thought-provoking, insightful keynotes, alongside delivering coaching, training and workshops to multi-disciplined career professionals utilising her proprietary framework, “The Unique Personal Brand Blueprint™”.
Lillian Ogbogoh – International Speaker, Corporate Trainer, Certified NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Coach for women. Lillian is a passionate champion for women to step up and own their own power. She helps women who have forgotten that they are powerful by giving them the tools to bounce back, navigate the negative self-talk and using their power archetypes to become the highest versions of themselves. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner and a certified Hypnotherapist who uses NLP and Hypnosis to effect change in her clients, using NLP tools to enhance her hypnosis sessions. She has spoken internationally at women’s conferences in the area of Self-Mastery, Confidence-Building and women stepping into leadership. She is also a podcast host, who has interviewed founders, owners and coaches across the world on using their skills to change the world for the better for over six years. Her current show Shine Out Loud Show began in 2017, with a focus on interviewing creatives, owners and CEO’s from the BAME community to shine the light on their work and the impact they are making in the Uk and across the globe, and she currently trains others on how to set up and run their own podcasts.
Dr Yvette Ankrah MBE is a transformational business coach, consultant and recovering overachiever! She works with high achieving women in business to get success without burnout. Yvette is passionate about ensuring women have the optimum environment, tools and skills to thrive in business. She believes that this starts from the inside and working in a way that builds sustainable and profitable businesses without overwhelming, stress and burnout. Too often looking after yourself is an after-thought or only happens once there is an impact on health and well-being. Yvette wants self-care to be a priority and for self-care plans to be just as important as other plans! She has over 20 years of business experience and is an accredited NLP coach. She won a Microsoft/O2 award for business in 2013, was shortlisted for Best Coach at the Best Business Women Awards, 2015 and was awarded an MBE for her work with women in business in 2017. She is a partner at Lightcliffe Consulting and an associate coach at Mind Gym. She has a PhD and is a sociologist who specialises in the areas of race, identity, class and education and writes on race and racism in Britain.
