Hello World! My name is Lanre Abdul and I am a Digital Marketing Apprentice at BCE and am proud to introduce you to Truh, where I do my on-the-job training. We are a conscious, sustainable fashion brand. We are starting out selling clothes for babies and toddlers up to the age of two. Our products include a range of vibrant and playful babygrows, swaddles and sleeping bags and many more essential baby garments.
We produce our babywear in partnership with one of the leading manufacturers in sustainable fashion based in Tamil Nadu, India. With our production processes, we aim to cultivate a sustainable fashion ecosystem where those who sew the garments are guaranteed fair working conditions and are protected in their environment. We also optimize our production to avoid as much waste as possible – producing only very few items initially and making more products only when we see that something sells very well.
Truh is a Creative Works creation – Co-founder Christina Brauer set it up after moving her digital marketing agency Capital C into Creative Works. At the moment we are spread out and Christina and the rest of the team in the UK are working from home (we also have some colleagues in India), but you can find me on the first floor most days.
