Ashley has been practising yoga for 15 years, first stumbling upon it as part of her undergraduate degree in dance and choreography. She is passionate about using strength and mobility practices in combination with full-bodied, dynamic postures and mindful breathing to create powerful physical, mental, and emotional shifts in people. She has completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training with Naomi Annand and Yoga on the Lane, an unparalleled experience of deep learning and growth. Ashley has also studied with Francesca Cervero in her program, The Science of the Private Lesson™. She believes the path to developing a personal yoga practice is through curiosity and engagement with the body, an intimate relationship with the breath, and a focus on the inner experience, cultivating sensitivity and compassion towards oneself. She is grateful for the opportunity to teach this practice with depth, vigour, and unwavering appreciation.
