27th June: Goal Setting – Mind of an Entrepreneur

– Learn to set clear goals and develop a compelling company vision.

25th July: What’s the Big Idea / Research

– Discover what makes a business idea successful and master effective market research.

29th August: MVP – Business Plan

– Understand the concept of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and create a winning business plan.

26th September: Funding

– Explore various funding options and learn how to pitch to investors.

31st October: Marketing

– Gain insights into digital marketing strategies to promote your business effectively.

28th November: Team / Outsourcing + Prep for Dragon’s Den Pitch

– Build a strong team, leverage outsourcing, and prepare for the Dragon’s Den Pitch.

5th December: Dragon’s Den Pitch (venue TBA)

– Pitch your business idea to a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs and investors.

Special Opportunity:

The winner of the Dragon’s Den Pitch will receive a 3-month free space at CW and business support to turn their idea into reality.
